Marty Miller served as attorney for my husband Edward and me in bankruptcy and Living Will, as well as Last Will and Testament. Marty is not only professional, he is highly intelligent. and compassionate. The bankruptcy was such an awful time and Marty's level of perfectionism was our only comfort. To repeat myself, he is a compassionate perfectionist with highest integrity.
I sought an attorney out of my area as I was targeting a combination of professional and personal qualities. Miller & Associates were my first contact interview and I needed not to look any further. The communication level was of high quality and the legal representation was a match.
Attorney Michael Hugo has been nothing but wonderful this whole time. Not only did he personally return my phone call the evening I first called his office, distraught and searching for legal counsel, but he spent almost an hour on the phone with me that evening, and it didn't cost me a thing. I had already spent almost $300 for a consult with another law firm, but in the time Attny Hugo spent with me on the phone, he gave me more valuable advice and info for free than that other lawyer did.
Quit returning calls and even the building is locked up and moved out. Pretty sure his practice is no longer.
