I scheduled a paid consultation for $250, which was listed as a one-hour meeting. Before the consult, I completed their intake form, gave a detailed summary of my situation, and uploaded the relevant documents for review. When the meeting began, it became clear that the documents had not been reviewed in advance. The consultation itself lasted about 10 minutes, and I was told that in order for my case to be evaluated, I would need to formally retain the firm for additional fees. Because the consult did not include the document review or case discussion I expected based on the fee and scheduling, I expressed my concerns. The firm issued a prompt refund, which I appreciated.
Please read my large review I have left for Mr. Breeden on all of his google law firm reviews as its too long to post here. Not a good attorney and will only truly care if he's money driven.
The worse part of this whole event is you pay up front, but the service does not match. It is very hard to get the lawyer to respond back. It appears whoever is paying the most gets the service. There is no caring about the client. Just another number and dollar. You are stuck because all the administrative folks can do is pass your message, but is the lawyer is not responsive even that is a waste of time. I am not speaking for anyone else only the service I have gotten. I can barely get an email response. That only takes a few minutes. This has been a terrible experience. Select carefully when you decide to choose a lawyer. They act as if they are working for my ex-wife and not me who paid them.
Very poor service. Took advantage off me and took my money leaving me with no representation in an ongoing case. See google for more details. For the sake of your case and your family, please go anywhere else
