Mr. Toomey is great about handling any court appearances for us so that we do not have to attend. He is very fast about handling any problems, but his office is not very good at explaining any decisions made. Usually they just send a letter instead of calling and the letters are never really clear. When you call the office with any questions, the secretary never asks Mr. Toomey. She answers them herself but she sounds like she has no idea what she is talking about.
