Kenneth Sottile defended me and my wife. During the case he would call us with questions, return calls, answer emails, examine and prepare our evidence, and most importantly, gave us confidence when everyone else told us to take a plea deal. He was witty, used evidence timely and helped build testimony in our favor. He is an example for attorneys everywhere and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is falsely accused of a crime. Thanks again Mr Sottile!
Creany said that Fennell and his attorney, Kenneth Sottile of the public defender’s office, should raise on appeal the inmate’s contention that the incident was not an aggravated assault. Did you raise an appeal to help Fennell?
