The law firm did a good job on my bankruptcy but didn't do exactly what I asked. I wanted to keep my house and mortgage but it was instead included in the bankruptcy. The mortgage company called me and I informed them it is not my intent to leave and that I will continue to pay the monthly mortgage. Unfortunately my promissory note was removed/destroyed because of the bankruptcy. The mortgage company can't make one for me and Machi refused to draft one for me. I have no way to get this back.
