Mr. Theivagt is a very thorough Attorney. He is very detailed. He cares about his clients.

Hired Attorney

He has poor knowledge of Illinois laws and statutes, drags cases out so as to increase hourly billing and was unable to substantiate billing. In addition during the proceedings he was hired for the opposing counsels family attorney was appointed as judge and Charlie was so unfamiliar with judicial canon that he failed to protest even when it became obvious that Illinois codes of ethics were violated. Overall I found him to have a poor work ethic, ignorant, and unorganized.
