Mr. Eddleman has represented me in a number of matters. He is always very forthright with information regarding the expected result (even when I don't want to hear that I might not get the result I want). He is very approachable and knowledgeable. He is very busy, but does respond to clients.
This man is a complete piece of 💩 and waste of money. He completely ruined my friends life and any chance of seeing his kid and has no integrity whatsoever. He lied every time his mouth was open. Charged bogus charges and showed up to court with nothing. No notes. Nothing.
DO NOT USE THIS MAN AS YOUR LAWYER!!! He wouldn’t show up and used excuses that should not have been the reason he didn't show up in court. He is always late .. has no ounce of caring for his client. The judges seem to not like him the other lawyers stay away from him. It is my opinion that he should have lost his standing with the Georgia bar association when he was arrested and did time for stealing his clients money. He didnt even bring up facts and info that would have helped my son’s case. RUN FROM HIM! DO NOT USE HIM!
Took four thousand dollars of my money and that is about as far as his reorientation went. He was also very offended when called out on it. A employee of his which at the time I trusted and didn’t even think to check his background before hiring. I guess shame on me.
My first time ever in trouble with the law and I was held for an unreaonable amount of time and arrested for driving under the influence of antidepressants. Mr Eddelmann basically sat in the courtroom and said nothing, he had me rush to sign paperwork during court without getting a chance to read or review. He let the D.A. throw me under the bus and give me the maximum penalties and fine the law can give. Then he lied and told me I would get a limited driving permit and never gave me copies of the paperwork he hd me sign. After weeks of phone calls, messages etc he advoided his duty as my lawyer and I never received a call back or any paperwork from his office. Which he now works at the law office of the Former Daniel Barnes. Do not waste your money you can do a better job defending yourself.
