Hired Attorney

We retained Ms. Duke on advisement and after speaking to Ms. Duke she had me hook line and sinker. To start with Ms. Duke was in contact and what we believed was the truth turned out to be she was advising us to relay messages to our expert and she was contradicting everything that she had asked us to do. She did nothing to prepare for our case and she done nothing to help us besides lying, playing both sides of the fence, and practically bullying us as her client by blatantly lying and preying on our vulnerability. She did nothing but show up, made a mess, lie, bullied and took our money and had her partner Mr. Heath do the filing into the correct county and then we ended up having to hire another attorney, after paying Ms. Duke a large sum of money that she took and never look back. We are thankful for the Compettent attorney we hired to clean up after Ms. Duke and did her job our outcome was beyond WORDS!!!!!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
