Hired Attorney

Jason is a compassionate human being and knowledgeable attorney. After another Workers' Comp. attorney sucked all of the money out of my case and then dropped it, I was left to handle my case on my own/Pro Se or let it end without me getting any further WC benefits. In doing WC research, I came across an article in Jason's blog. His site was a wealth of information but I still had questions. I called the Perkins Studdard office. I explained that I was Pro Se on my case and I had some questions about a blog topic that Jason had posted. Everyone that I spoke with was kind and professional. When I spoke with Jason, he talked with me for more than 30 minutes. He answered my questions, encouraged my efforts, told me to contact him if I had additional questions and he meant it. In the years that I have been defending my WC claim, I have contacted Jason on more than a few occasions. He has always been prompt to respond and generous with his legal expertise. I highly recommend Jason.
