Mr Trent provides substandard legal services and his law partner (father) had his license suspended for professional misconduct. There are many better options out there

Do not hire this lawyer unless you are looking for substandard representation. I feel he is over booked so he doesn't give your case adequate attention. My experience with him was he was not responsive to calls or emails, as it took as many as 4 weeks to reply to phone calls. He did not do what I asked of him, requesting documents, interviewing witnesses. I felt he misrepresented himself to me. Speaking of extensive experience which he didn't seem to have. In my opinion he is very inexperienced against seasoned attorney's. I wouldn't recommend this firm to answer a legal question let alone represent anyone needing a legal representative. I had a terrible experience with him. Giving him 1 star is giving him more then he deserves. No, I am not a bitter client that lost a case I actually walked away with a settlement. That I feel could have been better with a good Attorney.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
