Here’s a much shorter, more concise version: Avoid this firm, especially Joe Scioscia. I hired Joe through Sean Logue & Associates in 2023 for an uncontested divorce. He took my retainer, promised completion in 90 days, then ignored me. After a year, he demanded more money, falsely claiming he sent a payment request to the wrong address. I later found out no progress had been made since February 2024. I filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania Disciplinary Board, which is investigating. Joe’s negative reviews keep disappearing. This firm is unethical and unresponsive—don’t trust them with your money.
