Mr. Coletta was a great veteran benefits attorney until the last 6 months. He became increasingly difficult to get a hold and missed two deadlines. On this day I have three emails and two calls into with no returned phone calls. I have no switch attorneys, but it is quite disappointing as I referred people to him earlier into getting to know him. He helped me out quite a bit in the beginning, but that has long-since dissipated. Veterans know how stringent timelines are for appeals (especially ones that are multiple years old). For him to miss such deadlines is very disheartening. Proceed with caution from one veteran to another.
