Mr. Conlon was always available for questions and acted upon those things that came up during the period of our bankruptcy with haste and certitude...never kept us in the dark and made the entire experience at the very least bearable...thank you for your concern Mr. Conlon...we feel that our future now is so much brighter and easier to maintain...and thank you for that.

Not always responsive to questions. Tended to blur clients, needed to be reminded of who we were. But the job was done and we are moving on from a bad situation. Perhaps we expected to much?

He is very unresponsive to contacting him. We never hear back from him in a timely manner - if we hear back at all. He has been angry when calling us back after we have left multiple messages stating that it was our fault that we did not contact him properly (after leaving several messages with his service and sending emails).
