We hired Ed as our father’s elder care lawyer. Years later he became our elder care lawyer. He was a wonderful compassionate lawyer. He never rushed us through meetings and answered all questions we had.
Ed has been our family lawyer for decades. He has helped me personally to act as executor for my uncle and my mother, as well as writing up wills, living wills, and health care proxies for my wife and I. He also saw us through a nasty property line issue with a very difficult neighbor. He and his staff are very helpful, and easy to work with. I can't recommend them all highly enough.
I had a complicated situation as executor of a will. It involved people in four different states and it was my first time doing it. Ed, Robin and Lenore were extremely helpful in not only taking care of all the legal documents but providing excellent advice and guidance.
I could not recommend him more. My family has gone to him for guidance for close to fifteen years and we are confident in what he has done. He is patient and guides seniors (and us juniors) through the Medicaid and Estate planning processes with tact and respect.

He gave me a referral where he assured me the referral would help me with my legal issue. After leaving 5 voicemails lawyer blocked my number. Town of Carmel and its constituents who are suppose to add its inhabitants do oppose. Maybe reason why he blocked my number. Maybe that is why Atty Schaefer hurriedly referred me to Miller. All a system works against innocent. I truly wonder Schaefer’s motives. I would never trust this guy for anything.
