I hired Sheila Marshall as my legal representative in a divorce case with my wife of 50 years. Initially, I thought she was doing a good job. However, once the case moved to the division of assets I don’t believe she stood up for me, the husband, and I ended up sending a sizable amount of my net worth to my ex wife with virtually no questioning of the division recommended by my ex wife’s attorney. Also, as part of the settlement I was awarded a property out of state. She never even took the time or effort to make sure how the deed was written so it could be changed to my name easily. Instead I found out that the deed was placed in a trust which caused me to spend great time and effort to have this issue corrected. For that I give this attorney a low rating and one that I would not recommend if you are considering hiring her for your divorce case.
Had to wait a year to modify her mess. Once I got a good Attorney he was able to redo her mistakes.
