Allyson Kage focuses her practice on civil insurance coverage defense analysis and litigation, including environmental contamination, construction defects, and personal injury.
Ms. Kage is a graduate of Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law (2016). During law school, Ms. Kage competed in the Robert H. Staton Intramural Moot Court Competition and was named to the Order of the Barristers in the fall of 2014. Additionally, she served as the Assistant Chief Justice of Bylaws during the 2015 Staton competition and coached the school's national moot court team in the Saul Lefkowitz Moot Court Competition in Chicago, Illinois, in the spring of 2016, where her team placed second in oral arguments. In addition to her involvement with moot court, Ms. Kage was a member of Phi Delta Phi - Willkie International Legal Honor Society, a Legal Writing fellow for the Dean's Tutorial Society, and earned a Graduate Certificate in Intellectual Property Law.
Ms. Kage graduated with distinction from Indiana University (2012), earning her B.A. in journalism and minors in sociology and kinesiology.
Ms. Kage is a member of the American Bar Association and Indiana State Bar Association. She is licensed to practice law in the State of Indiana (2016) and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana (2016).
Ms. Kage is a native of North Vernon, Ind., and currently resides in Indianapolis.
