Fred Hale, Esq is a family law Rock Star. My x wife and I used him for mediation after both of our divorce attorneys had bled us dry. They left both of us flat broke and then quit, leaving us with no money and not divorced. That took 4 years. Fred is the Master and Commander. He has a huge ego and is maniacally brilliant. He does not coddle you. He explains the law and fairness. He gets you to agree and he holds you to your agreement. He finished our divorce in two days. Fred Hale is elite.
Hale is rude. He talks to you as if he's authority and you're lower than him. Don't expect him to listen to your case and fight for you. I don't know why he thinks he gets hired. He acts like you work him, instead of him working for you. He seemed unprepared and yet played a good role, acting like he knew what he was doing during coirt. His method did not work.. His arguments/statements during court were weak. My case got no where fast. Zero results with him. Had to hire another lawyer so that I could get through my case. Hale didn't listen to anything I said. Now that it's all over, it just seemed he stretched my case out longer, intentionally. How can you be a "wise guy", yet get no where in the case, several months later.
Fred Hale - 760-931-0842 is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. He will try to intimidate you into using his services and does not have his client's best interest in mind. This includes cursing at you out of the blue. He should truly seek anger management counceling.
Fred Hale is NOT an attorney I would recommend to anyone I know going through a divorce. He is quite frankly, one of the rudest people I have ever known - period. He is not nice to his clients. He keeps you in fear. He is in fact rude and unethical in the manner in which he treats them. He is eager to stretch out a fight and drive your bills to the point of bankruptcy. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND HIM - EVEN TO MY EX! I feel bad for all of his clients.
