Hired Attorney

My husband and I filed a complaint with the California BAR about Anna C. Howard at AC Howard Law firm in Carlsbad. Anna is incredibly unprofessional, and her incompetency cost us from owning/occupying a home in a very inflated real estate market. Her lack of knowledge of basic real estate laws is shocking and questionable. Why would anyone hire Anna for probate or estate and wills matters if she doesn't even know fundamental California foreclosure laws and process. She is incompetent in understanding fundamental real estate laws pertinent to estate and wills. Doesn't return phone calls. After a month of calling her office, she grabbed the phone from her receptionist and screamed on the phone. We had to hire a real estate attorney who is also a real estate law professor just so he could convey our request for an appraisal to Anna's client. Anna used zero legal analysis and has no openness to hearing the real rules; she flatly says her legal analysis and disagrees hopelessly.
