Hired Mr. Gilroy to assist with settling a debt remaining from a failed business. He happily took my retainer and sent a few letters without success. I was under a time constraint to settle so that I could move forward with the re-finance of my home and after months of little activity and contact from Mr. Gilroy and his law firm, I settled the debt directly with the lender without his assistance. VERY disappointing!
