Client interaction needs more focus. If I don't call for updates on my case then I won't know what's going on. I have been assured that I would be kept in the loop but that is not a reality.

My case started 2016 and still haven’t been settled. They change lawyers or paralegals without telling you, so you keep emailing them or sending them materials and they don’t respond. Ff to now asking how my case is going or if i can do certain tests and need to ask questions about that, nobody gets back to you. Here I am emailing them and being considerate that maybe email is the best way , since they’re busy , but still, no response. They fired 2 of the lawyers that I was dealing with and nobody tells me. . One of my lawyer friends actually told me to complain to the bar boards or whatever he calls it, bc it’s not very professional. This case has been dragged on for so long. Last email to them besides 3 days ago was 2 months ago with no response. Only respond went to them bc my father in law recommended him, but he had surgery so I guess they got money from him or they knew they were gonna get something from him bc he accepted surgery. Well so just bc I don’t want surgery means what
I used Mr. Moldovan for a personal injury matter. He ignored my phone calls, paid very little attention to my case and made a very low unsatisfactory settlement. In addition, he was an absolute curmudgeon to deal with! I would NOT recommend Mr. Moldovan unless you happen to enjoy root canal with no anesthetic.
