Frankel & Newfield is top notch. Jason Newfield and his associates worked tirelessly for me and my case ultimately earning a huge win. Their compassion, humanity and professionalism was extraordinary and I highly recommend them. They treated me as one of their own and made one of the worst experiences of my life to date one in which I can proudly claim victory.

Mr. Frankel and Mr. Newfield are just fantastic. When the long term disabilty insurance was harassing me to end my payments, they were able to step in and make them stop. They protected my rights and showed that the doctor the insurance sent me to, for the independant medicial exam (IME) was rigged in the insurance favor. There was no way this law firm would stand for that nonsense. They pick the opposition apart and we were able to remediate the situation. It could have gone really bad for me.

After looking for a long time for a local lawyer who handles disability insurance cases we found Frankel and Newfield. They run a Great practice. Everyone in the office was very nice, professional and helpful. I was very stressed by the case but Justin Frankel handled my Settlement case quickly, putting my nerves at ease.. He handled the negotiation quickly and within a day or two of starting negotiations with the insurance carrier he had negotiated an agreement that i was comfortable with and
