Hired Attorney

He drew my case into a trial it never needed to be in and proceeded to take 300% more time to present his side of the case than the judge had granted him. He is currently suing my ex-husband for something over $15,000 - much of which was spent on legal time that I feel was spent because of Clemon's undue influence as a lawyer over my ex-husband.{para}I did not directly hire Clemons, but my ex-husband hired him while my ex and I were still legally married.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
