I could not ever talk to anyone, nor could I ever get calls returned. When I received invoice I was shocked to see that I was charged every time I called the office, even though I only talked to the secretary every time. Rates were outrageous, secretary was rude, and I was made to feel like I wasn't important.

Hired Law Firm

Had a 1.5 hour consultation regarding estate planning, specifically a Trust. Not once, until I asked, was the fee for such an instrument revealed ($3500-$5000). Also not revealed up front (not via the website or while making an appointment or upon arrival) was the fact that we would be charged $125 per hour for the consultation. Because we didn't hire them and the consultation fee couldn't be "built" into the final bill, we received an invoice for $190. We were charged a fee without our knowledge, plain and simple. Not the type people I want to do business with.
