Hired Attorney

Ms. Hoerner is more focused on her podcast than her clients. She talks a great game but there's no action. She knew how badly the judiciary had messed up my husband's cases and she didn't file one thing on his behalf. She pretended to care and even gave us her cell phone number for direct contact. Our initial meeting was four (4) hours then all the direct contact and not ONE motion filed on my husband's behalf. So many promises to get us answers with absolutely no follow through. I'm beyond disgusted that she is a criminal defense attorney. She should go back to being a prosecutor because she spends more time on that end than fighting for her clients rights. Watch out for this one. It's hard to find an honest NJ lawyer these days and Ms. Hoerner is definitely not an honest lawyer. She's playing for the wrong team.
