Divorce is a difficult time in anyone's life and Matt made the process a little less painful. His calm demeanor and confidence were contagious. I've used attorneys over a dozen times over the past several decades for both personal and business issues. Matt's performance was superior to all. {para}He is smart and knowledgeable. Attorney Toll is extremely intelligent, competent and fearless. He truly can handle anything. I would not trust my legal issues to anyone else. he seemed more concerned about how other lawyers thought about him than about winning my case. He didn't want to listen to my opinion as to the direction we should go.
Not recommended. Avoid this group if you can. I was given faulty-wrong legal advice multiple times. The lawyer didn't understand the basics of "serving " a defendant nor did they understand the statute of limitations or maybe they simply didn't care as long as they got their fee and retainer. This group made legal motions that were poorly written where even the Judge said he wasn't reading it. Every Lawyer I interacted with was not caring and also when you bring your concerns to Mr. Tolll, the Owner- he will tell you that he does not speak with you on the phone as that is not his method to remediate any complaints. This firm is so bad that I have also reported them to the Florida Bar.
