Hired Attorney Sam Assini

Attorney Assini proved to be a grossly negligent attorney in my case. The same can be said for his junior attorneys in his so called "men's rights" law firm. My ex wife was the only one who benefited from this attorneys work. I reported him to the bar but he technically did not violate any law in his incompetence. Sam Assini and his firm are well worth avoiding at all costs by men seeking representation in a divorce.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
