My first time ever needing legal counsel. I visited two lawyers before going to him. And I didn't feel comfortable with them. Mr. Kerry was so kind and understanding.
Excellent attorney. Very honest and realistic. No puffing of expectation. He tells it like it is.
He is unable to communicate with my attorney and schedule a court date. She has called numerous times. He refuses to call her back. While she ran across him at the courthouse he still wouldn't address scheduling a court date. Good luck if you have him as a public defender he wont address or call back paying clients. Read the reviews carefully.
Donot trust him he doesn't follow up and he never returns calls and he works for the district attorney's office because he sure doesn't fight for his clients.hes A horrible lawyer 😲 if you want to go to prison dont worry he can get you there real fast he wont contact his clients at all when there ready to hang you then he's there with the rope
My son has been trying to contact his court appointed attorney for several months while incarcerated and has had zero response past the initial contact with this lawyer. He’s even written him a letter and had no response while others that are incarcerated and represented by this same lawyer have received correspondence. Even after multiple attempts by myself to relay the message to this attorney have resulted in the same lack of motivation to represent my son. I feel as a taxpayer, that it is his responsibility to earn the money he is taking instead of misrepresenting himself as a public defender.
This firm provided horrible service. The attorney told me that he thought we had a "winning case" and then never did anything and never answered the phone or returned my numerous calls. I don't understand how they remain in business.
