I started my Social Security disability case with this firm. However, they quickly demonstrated how my case would be treated by ignoring our requests for communication repeatedly.When we finally received communication from the firm, the office manager was extremely unprofessional. We discharged their services and went with another lawyer that would better represent our case. We have requested the letter from them stating that they have withdrawn from the case since the discharge, and it has not been provided, nor have we received our client file from them. 28 Texas Admin Code 152.6 states that they must provide this documentation and personal file 10 days after they were fired, it has long been past that deadline. Multiple requests have been made to obtain this document and they have yet to comply. Not providing this documentation is criminal and trying to take our money, if we win our case, after being termination is fraudulent.
I was referred to this attorney due to the special from his legal assistant at the time, attention to Social Security Disability. When I called, I found out that she was no longer with the firm. The lady I spoke with didn't have a clue what she was doing. I went with another firm. So sad, such great reviews of getting the job done.
