I humbly apologize using this format to communicate, as I could find no other way online. I was referred to you. I am an asset recovery agent in CA who help people recover surplus funds from single-family mortgage foreclosures. I have an existing case in Hamilton County, Ohio whereby my client/claimant is the legal heir to the previous owner (incapacitated) of property in that county. I have a copy from the Probate Court designating her as such. On 3/5, claimant notarized 3 documents: Fee Agreement, Letters of Direction, Assignment of Rights. I can send you (via email) my MS Excel file “lead sheet” with all the case particulars for your review and consideration. I calculate available surplus funds to be approximately $24,000.
