Hired Attorney Daniel Spivey

Daniel Spivey left a negative first impression from my first time contacting him. He wasn't eager to help me at all, impatient on the phone, and had an overall negative attitude/tone towards me as if I was just another source of income. Only when finance was brought up was he somewhat interested to help as he gave me a phone number for further contact. Furthermore, he contradicted what he said the first time on the phone (told me I was better off paying court fee) versus what he said after I said I am fine with paying his hiring fee for a "near-certain chance of winning my case". From that point forward, I never heard back from him despite providing him with documents as he had requested.

Hired Attorney Daniel Spivey

I liked him better 20 years ago when he at least pretended to care.. He has since become a city in Canton, MS, and his etiquettes is quite rude & dismissive. He resided over a civil matter in the chancery court and was nothing short of a**hole!! Every case that comes before is handled w/ little to no regard. I would not recommend this guy as an attorney or residing over my case as a judge.. The citizens of Canton is who elect these officials! They don't work for us, they work against us! They're not impartial! They've already made their decision before you walk through the door, the rest is just formalities!!

Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
