The staff is VERY professional. They return phones calls immediately. Working with Attorney Connolly and his staff was stress free....I was injured in a car accident and they handled everything for me. And was able to get my Lawsuit done in a timely manner !!! Charged me $450 for the initial "free" consult. I asked them to file my articles of incorporation which the state says are issued within 12 business days. Two months later I still do not have my incorporation certificate from the state. I lost 5 WEEKS in starting my business. I can't open a bank account, hire employees, or sign contracts until I get my incorporation certificate. When I questioned, the assistant said I should expect it to take up to 30 more days!
Working with Xavier Romero was an ordeal. A simple dispossession case turned into an expensive non-productive and exorbitant exercise. The first clue occurred when he walked into the room with a law book and started reading about eldercare statutes in GA. When his boss probably told him that it did not apply to this situation he reverted to the standard approach and this resulted in more hours than would normally be necessary to settle such a routine matter. Choose your lawyer carefully.
