Mr. Andrew Cason “Casey” Geiger is a native of Cherokee County, Georgia and graduate of Cherokee High School.
For most of his career, Casey Geiger has practiced large scale, high stakes personal injury and product liability litigation in both Federal and State Courts in Colorado. Casey has successfully litigated cases to juries, and obtained millions in settlements for his clients.
While in Colorado, Casey worked as one of the lead attorneys in a product liability case involving the Wright Medical Profemur modular hip implant, obtained large settlements for clients using the defective products and pharmaceutical drugs, and represented hundreds of individuals who were seriously injured in motor vehicle or trucking accidents.
Since joining his father in 2017, Casey has focused on the expansion of the firms litigation practice. Currently, Casey represents individuals throughout the state of Georgia who have been injured in serious motor vehicle collisions, by harmful products, or by the negligence of others. Casey also represents clients in various other matters that require a skilled trial attorney, including will contest and real estate litigation.
A 2013 graduate of the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, Casey was selected to the school’s National Trial Team, ranked as a top five trial advocacy group in the nation. While competing for DU Law’s Trial Team, Casey finished second in the AAJ National Trial Advocacy competition in Seattle, Washington. Like some Georgia sports teams, Casey sadly could not close out the victory.
Casey and his wife Linnea reside in Woodstock, Georgia, where they are raising their two boys, Walter and Theodore. The family enjoys being outside as much as possible and will frequently be seen chasing their kids on the mountain bike trails throughout northern Georgia.
