We have employed this law office for a couple of land transactions and have been satisfied. The last transaction was far from satisfactory. In summary -- there was a judgement withheld for $3200 which was stated in writing that would be refunded to the seller (Myself) upon termination. I just received the check and it was for $2800. The law office of Kuzak charged $90 fed Ex, discharge fees and other undisclosed fees and never even thought we would care that they profited from our sale. HORRIBLE business practice. Get EVERYTHING in writing before you employ this law office.
