Hired Attorney

Ducharme did not look at the evidence provided. The false accuser met a witness an hour after arriving, within that hour she had a drink or 2. She claimed to remember nothing but asmitted to remembering and meeting the witness. All this emphasis on the moonshine and her blacking out so hiw does she remember meeting the witness. In the evidence that Ducharme did not look at, there is camera footage of the witness entering the unit after her arrival. At the same time, he was asking me what had happened on the previous court date and then told me "you're done". Is this Ducharme's incompetence or ignorance/arrogance? His office never did return my USB memory drive. I do not recommend Ducharme at all. Overrated, arrogant and lazy.
