Hired Attorney

Do not recommend!! RUNN. I was referred by a family friend so I did not do my research. Does not get anything done, or progressing until very close to trial which then you are in the phase of within 120 days of trial and he takes 1/3 of your settlement regardless. Pretty much won’t get any thing in the works until then so he is guaranteed 1/3 without having to do much. On top of taking that big of a cut he had the audacity to charge some “hourly” fees. It’s 1 or the other. A percentage or an hourly fee. Not both. I settled, because I wanted to be done with him not the case so at that point I was not going to argue a couple more grand. But definitely not a good lawyer. Does not care, rude and does not communicate thoroughly with you just takes shortcut for himself for an easy pay day.
