Leo Monaco

Leo has one thing in mind & it’s $. He has called 20+ times in a day & it’s for $. He’s taken 80,000 on a file and some of which is not visible as he requested CASH. Not willing to finish now that we are at the homestretch unless he gets more $ which we don’t have. Even with a written paper saying upon disbursement he takes his $ he still won’t finish. The list of stories can go on but not enough space. Very disappointed especially because I referred my family & others. extremely disappointed

My experience with Leo Monaco was absolutely awful. In my opinion, no professional should treat vulnerable clients the way he does, especially those already struggling through something as difficult as a divorce. When I was at one of the lowest points in my life, instead of offering support or understanding, he repeatedly pressured me for cash payments, even threatening not to show up in court if I didn’t pay immediately. It felt manipulative and relentless. If you run out of money or fall on hard times, don’t expect compassion!! He will simply give up on you. I truly believe his behaviour crosses a serious ethical line, and I’m shocked that he’s still allowed to practice. If you’re considering hiring him, please think twice.
