Hired Attorney

Went to David Marcovitch with a Civil Litigation case as was told that I had a strong case. He convinced me that he was giving special attention to my case and that I was in good hands! I struggled to get ANY feedback from David on what was happening, or what he was actually preparing for court. I feel completely misled about his services and definitely would not recommend him!

David Marcovitch is the worst lawyer! Do not make use of him. I had a civil litigation case that I lost, purely because of a lack of thoroughness on his side. I spent $20,000 in fees with David. He gave me a false sense of confidence about the case and my likelihood of success. He then did not prepare adequately for court, and failed to review all the required documentation properly which lead ultimately to the case being lost.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
