Ms Humphreys is well versed in real estate transactions involving Canadian property and US owners. It was easier to work with Ms. Humphreys since she used e-mail, phone conversations and mail to communicate with us.
Have requested a video telephone call with Ms. Humphries to resolve problems but request ignored via her Legal assistant. Her law firm is holding funds 25% of sale of land for letter of compliance. They told me sold 20 months ago. Untrue, have contacted Realtor that sold land and received a copy of the sale. Dated Feb. 2019. That 3 years ago. Have been try to settle brother's estate who died Aug. 24th 2022. I would not recommend this Company. They are NOT compassionate, nor Responsive, not Trustworthy.
