Hired Attorney

Mr S Wickenden was the Estate Lawyer and the maker of James and Dorothy Travagline's Last Will and Testament. Mr Wickenden allowed James to have Dorothy follow his Will exactly,, when in fact Dorothy did not want to. Mr Wickenden gave Mary Chrapko an Enduring Power of Attorney on Dec 22 / 2015 without a DRS letter. Dorothy signed it under stress. James Travagline had passed away on Dec 12 /2015 and Dorothy was not aware her husband was that sick. Scott is not a good Lawyer to be handling and settling Estates. My father's Will was never settled due to Mr Wickenden taking the side of the Executor..My Father hired him because he was a former employee of the Saskatoon Jail in Saskatoon.. Be very aware of the Lawyer you have handle your Estate..

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
