Represented an important agricultural ventilation supplier in a complex commercial dispute with ramifications in various jurisdictions, including in VES Environmental Solutions c. Ventec Canada inc., 2011 QCCS 4607
    VES Environmental Solutions, l.l.c. c.9229-5518 Quebec inc., 2011 QCCS 6292, confirmed by 2012 QCCA 23. Played a significant role in defending GENIVAR Inc.'s interests in the context of the successful contestation of a claim in professional liability against our client which had designed hydraulic works, in Rendez-vous a la riviere pour l'an 2000 v.GENIVAR inc., 2011 QCSC 7215
    J.E. 2012-220. Played a significant role in representing an accounting firm sued for professional liability in relation to the production of documents to Canada Revenue Agency. The Superior Court dismissed the suit, in Gestion Michel Noel ltee v. Dallaire, Forest, Kirouac, Comptables Agrees, 2011 QCCS 1293, appeal dismissed by motion in 2011 QCCA 809
