She took over my case when she joined the firm. She was very open, honest, and direct, while being very compassionate and supportive. Anything she didn't know off hand, she found out in short order. Jeanne exemplifies what a good lawyer should be like.

Although Jeanne Desveaux is expensive ($250/hour), I had excellent and quick results with her in a challenging situation (when I, as my father's attorney was trying to protect my father from bankrupting himself, but the banks refused to honor my power of attorney nor the geriatrician's note of support for me). Other lawyers were not able to help, but she did. She is highly knowledgeable in elder law, compassionate to the elderly but also to the caregivers, and gets the job done effectively.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
