Mr. Pink was my lawyer in 2007, when i faced a charge of 2nd degree murder. He wrote the retainer agreement himself, which said that he would work to have the charge reduced to the lesser charge of manslaughter. Period. Not free of responsibility, just the charged reduced. WhatJoel had done, facts support my comments here, he and thecrown Prosecutor, david Acker, made an agreement between THEMSELVES that it was murder. Joel refused to put forth a defence of intoxication. Stating that its not a defence in a murder trial....well he was wrong. The justices of thr NSCA actually said that he failed to put forth A VALID defence for his client. The old boys club made sure to clean up his mess though....good job Duncan Beveridge, another scumbag. Stay away from the entire Pink family. They are conartist in business suits. If anyone thinks im full of it, my name is Jamie Gregory, and i have all the documents to support what it is i say.
