Hired Attorney

I retained Launa in the spring of 2023 while she was employed at Bhardwaj & Co. After approximately 6 months, she then advised she was moving to Queck Law in Sherwood Park. After almost 2 years of little action, awful communication and charging for emails sent which I never got a response from, I decided to retain new counsel. I've lost thousands of dollars on Launa with one settlement hearing which went nowhere to show for it. I did the majority of talking to OC during this hearing. Stay away from Launa Schey if you are looking for a family lawyer. I found Launa to be disorganized and has no problem saying she needs more money but if you need any questions clarified, guidance or updates, she is MIA. Apparently she is no longer at quecklaw and may be working at another firm. Stay clear.
