I met Kelly in very hard time of my life when l was grieving my husband. Someone who didn’t pay attention on the road caused MVA accident which left my car damaged but most of all my body was injured and psychologically l was crushed again . I worked with Victor Vogel and Kasey Anderson during my divorce and, unfortunately, my experience was deeply disappointing. A significant health issue, which had a direct impact on both of my children's support, was completely left out of my divorce agreement. This oversight resulted in two more years of legal battles, during which I was left without adequate child support while facing serious health challenges. I later learned from a new lawyer that this issue should have been addressed in the original agreement and is now being classified as a pre-existing condition—something that could have been avoided with more thorough representation. So egregious I was advised I have grounds for legal action. I paid for trusted legal guidance and was left vulnerable at one of the most difficult times in my life. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

All round, Mr. Hayher is ONLY in this profession for the money. His character will cloud your experience & his lack of professionalism for the value. He pays little to no attention to your comments and focuses on the easy win. He cost me a lot of money with nothing to show for & truly help orchestrate a debacle of unstructured mediation. Stay far away from this man who claims to be a good lawyer. He is a terrible listener, for when you speak and what you read are 2 different scenarios..... neither of which will benefit your position, legally. Found him to be very untrustworthy, disrespectful to one's painful situation and your finances are both the least of his worries as well his most cherished angle in working your case. I have meet several lawyers in my time on this earth & he tops the list as to the most expensive & useless human being to every pass the bar. Does a lot for his community, they say, but very little for his clients that truly need his expertise (which he has minimal)!

Do your self a favor and stay clear of this man. This guy has no idea how to help victims of crime.This buy is bad news for victims of sexual assault.
