James A. D'Andrea, Q.C.

of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers in 2011 and is currently a member of the Canadian Credentials Committee for the College. Jim was named by Lexpert as one of Canada's 500 leading lawyers in 2012. He is consistently ranked in Chambers Global: The World's Leading Lawyers for Business in the Employment category. Jim is also a member of the Advisory Committee for Queen's University Centre for law in the Contemporary Workplace.

Jim has coached bantam and midget community football and has been a certified minor hockey referee. He is also a past director of a number of charitable and political organizations.

NUCRYST Pharmaceuticals Corp., in connection with the possible sale of all or substantially all of the assets of NUCRYST and the consideration of an amalgamation of the NUCRYST with 1499642 Alberta Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Westaim Corporation.
