IMO…..Stay away from this Lawyer!!. he is very biased and if you’re on Brads dislike list you will pay $$$$. His arbitration mediation contract states that you cannot record the videos and interactions. This is somewhat concerning as you won’t be able to reference when he doesn’t follow family law rules and makes up his own. This man has no empathy for the Payor and in fact, left me paying over $1000 more than base child support. It’s costs big $$$ when the other party has an issue that isnt even covered under his mandate. He threatens you to agree to his terms or suffer further financial hardship through arbitration. Do yourself a favour and interview these mediators first-if I had the opportunity to do so, I would have ran from Brad
Do NOT use this lawyer. Big Ego, no skills in family law or mediation. Tries to act as a friend in mediation but soon sets a prejudice on you if you question anything in "his process". He has been poorly trained in mediation and needs to be mentored by someone that can actually conduct mediation if he has any chance of improving his skills. Horrible experience and may be pursuing legal actions on his conduct.
