Hired Attorney

I hired Nancy to represent me in divorce and child custody case. Nancy spent an enormous amount of time discussing with opposing counsel and later directly with my x insignificant events/topics. She lost documets I gave her, failed to change my address in court records, while having correct address to send her bills to me. She did not keep records of all the background information on the case, and kept asking me to retell same thing over and over again, despite the fact that I told her and sent countless emails on the subject She did that allot, charging me fees for her time. There were many other unpleasant instances. Nancy is great at making up unnecessary work for herself and charging allot of money for not doing her job. I really I don't reccomend Nancy to anyone.

I am prohibited by the code of attorney conduct from replying in a point-by-point fashion. You do not however, present an accurate picture of events. I strive for the utmost client satisfaction and particularly my clients' understanding of the legal process and options available to them. Settlement is always my goal where possible. Despite my best efforts to convey a clear understanding of the law and procedures in your case, it appears that I failed at getting you to understand why certain things in your case were done, and why others could not be addressed in the manner you were seeking.
