Erickson Family Law, LLP is a full-service family law firm which provides legal services related to divorce and post-divorce proceedings, including property valuation, characterization, and division, child and spousal support, domestic violence restraining orders, and modification and enforcement of family court orders. The partners are Mark A. Erickson and his son, Matt A. Erickson. Both Mark and Matt are Certified Family Law Specialists, certified by the Board of Legal Specialization of the State Bar of California.

Mark and Matt formed Erickson Family Law, LLP and began practicing in their partnership in 2020. They continue to practice family law, including all aspects of divorce litigation in Santa Clara County making court appearances primarily in the Family Law Division of the Superior Court of California, County of Santa Clara, located in downtown San Jose, California.

I can’t really say enough about this practice.
