Working with Brian Perry I can truly say he is the best lawyer hands down. Brian you will be forever my lawyer, and I can't forget to thank you for getting me back home to my family and for just being the best Lawyer!!!
brian cares for his clients and does what he says he will do.
Left case unfinished but took too much monies for what little accomplished.
I paid Brian Perry $7,000, and he did represent me. During that time, there was a serious conflict of interest involving a police officer connected to my case, which was never properly disclosed to me. Mr. Perry showed little interest in defending my case and focused almost entirely on pressuring me to take a plea deal, repeatedly insisting the case be heard in front of Judge Evans. This was especially concerning because Judge Evans’ wife, Barbara Zemlock, was affiliated with Mr. Perry’s law firm, creating an appearance of bias and unethical conduct. Because of these undisclosed conflicts, I was forced to hire another attorney and pay thousands more. I felt misled and not protected as a client. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Brian Perry.
