Mr. Holfed is in my opinion incompetent and should have retired years ago. His memory is questionable and relies on his paralegal. His spelling is at most likely at a 3rd grade level which probably came from his paralegal and that constitutes his judgment in hiring practices. He blatantly takes advantage of his clients with his unprofessional tactics. I believe he relies on selling his clients to what he has accomplished 40 yrs ago. Due not hire this old man. Find someone younger with passion and who knows how to spell correctly. Look at his reviews. He even deleted the negative ones which is also an indication of misleading and judgment. Practicing law at his age also is a red flag. With his earlier accomplishments on his web page says to the inquirer that he needs the money and obviously doesn't know how to manage his own finances. He has no experience in family law but knows he can take advantage of desperate clients that doesnt know any better.
Mr. Holfeld gives horrible service and is very rude AFTER YOU PAY HIM ALL OF your money. He don't answer your calls back if you have a question to ask him about your case and he don't show up in court I paid him over 1400 dollars
